  • Ground — Weeks 1–3

    Nervous system stabilization, somatic regulation tools, and a personal baseline assessment. Participants complete the Resilience Roots Assessment to map where they're starting from.

  • Recognize — Weeks 4–6

    Identifying the wound beneath the burnout — compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, or vicarious traumatization. Story work. Mood Meter integration. Understanding their specific depletion pattern.

  • Open — Weeks 7–9

    Relational repair, faith and meaning integration, and the community as a curative factor. Processing the gap between calling and the current state. The Healing Circle community activates here.

  • Walk — Weeks 10–12

    Building a personal G.R.O.W. sustainability plan. Purpose and legacy work. Post-traumatic growth reframe. Graduation and celebration ritual. Transition into The Healing Circle community.
