Being more positive about life, having fewer impossible standards for yourself and others, and being more open to change will all help you to feel refreshed.
Lack of balance can be skipping lunch to finish a project or working late and ignoring rest and relaxation time. To rebalance your life, take a look at where you spend your time. Try to figure out what you can do to better spend your time. Work, social life, and personal health are all important but you need to make sure that are balanced as well.
Continually living through stressful events or living in a stressful environment is a good way to burn yourself out. This stress could be from your job, a person in your life, or a situation that you have to deal with. Learn to manage stress. Look at the stresses that you can with.
