Week Three: O — Open Become curious about new possibilities. Practice compassion instead of criticism. Learn what helps your body, mind, and spirit heal. Questions we'll explore: What would healing look like? What am I ready to release? What practices bring me back to life?

Week Four: W — Walk Turn insight into daily rhythms. Leave with a personal renewal plan you can actually sustain. Questions we'll explore: What is my next faithful step? What habits support my healing? How do I continue growing after this group?
