What is GROW?

G — GROUNDING Finding safety and presence in your body. Trauma pulls us out of our bodies and away from the present moment. Grounding practices help you come home to yourself—learning to feel safe, settled, and present in your own skin.

R — RECOGNIZING THE ROOT Understanding your patterns with compassion Every reaction, every protection, every pattern made sense when it began. Recognizing the root means looking at where these responses came from—not to stay stuck in the past, but to understand yourself with compassion and choose a new way forward.

O — OPEN TO HEALING PRACTICES Discovering what supports YOUR unique path Healing isn't one-size-fits-all. In this phase, you'll explore a variety of trauma-informed practices—somatic tools, creative expression, spiritual practices, and relational healing—to discover what resonates with your body, heart, and spirit.

W — WALKING IN WHOLENESS Embodying integration and living from healed places Wholeness doesn't mean perfect. It means integrated, awake, and able to show up fully for your life. Walking in wholeness is about taking what you've learned and embodying it—living from your healing rather than your wounds.
